    Many years ago when I purchased my first portable CD player, CD-Cassette adapters were all the rage for getting your tunes to play through a car stereo. However, as the years have gone by, there are more and more CD players installed in automobiles and less and less cassette players. But now us gadget geeks are faced with a new dilemma, getting our CD players or other radios to play our MP3 collection. I recently got my hands on the Belkin TuneCast Mobile FM Transmitter and have put it through the paces of my uses for it, but needless to say, it didn’t fare to well.

    Properties of the Start Menu (Part 3)

    As promised, I am here again, one Monday later, to finish up the properties of the Start Menu for all my newbie readers out there. The sun kept up its end of the bargain by continuing to rise for seven days, and I don’t intend to drop the ball by not bringing this ever-so-important task to our loyal readers here at GOTC. I promised every important item would be explained, and without further ado, I digress to the last of our three-part series on Start Menu properties.

    Matrix Revolutions

    It’s a different sort of download this week, but very newsworthy nonetheless. The final chapter of “The Matrix” trilogy is due out in just a little over a month, and the GetOffTheComputer.com staff could not be more excited if CmdrTaco was about to make an appearance. That being said, last night while we were sleeping, Warner Brothers released the full theatrical trailer for “The Matrix Revolutions” over at www.whatisthematrix.com.
